How To Place An Order

Step By Step Guide On Making A Booking
to Receiving your order
 
1. Make a Booking

Choose an available slot from the booking calendar (Any days already in blue are fully booked), calendar is located on the left hand side, or contact me to find out what dates are available. Contact details can also be found on the left

2. Complete the Booking Form

Fill in and submit the Booking Form.  An invoice will be emailed to you for the Booking deposit of £25 
(Deposit will be deducted from your final invoice and are non refundable on failure to complete your order)
This can be paid via the paypal link attached to the invoice or via Bacs/Cheque.  Your slot is only secured on receipt of payment.

Approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your booking slot commencing I will contact you to attend a fitting or to complete the measurements form online, this will also be an opportunity to discuss colours and designs.


3. An email/text will confirm when I start your order.

4. First fit  (Not required for distance buyers)

If you are able to attend, I will contact you approx a week into your order to arrange a first fit.  Please note that if you are unable to attend the given dates,  the order will have to proceed, this is to avoid delays caused to other customers  bookings

5. Final Fit (Not required for distance buyers)

If you are able to attend, this fit will be towards the end of the booking slot, and will allow you to try on your Tutu/costume before making payment

6. Receiving  Your Final Invoice

An invoice for the final amount will be emailed with a paypal link/BACS details, A credit for the booking fee will be applied to the invoice.

7. Make Payment 

There are a couple of ways to send payment, if paying via Paypal for your final invoice there are paypal fees.

8. Shipping

For customers who require their orders to be posted, an individual costing will be provided before hand.  Please remember to ask for a shipping quote.
