Your fabric deposit has been requested, this covers the purchase of fabric, embriodery, elastics and crystals ect in preparation of the construction of your costume order. 
 
Please ensure that you have consultated the colour and design with your dance teacher prior to completing the measurment form which follows.
 
This is a non refundable purchase, it covers the costs outlayed by the seemstress. 
 
IMPORTANT: This amount along with the booking deposit paid will be subtracted from your final invoice
