Cancellations

 

We are aware peoples circumstances change, if you're unable to complete your order or no longer require the booking slot, it's not a problem, please just let us know at least 2 weeks prior to your booking commencing.  Unanswered correspondence or failure to complete the measurement forms requested in the time limits out lined in your booking commencing email/text message will result in your slot being cancelled.  Failure to pay the final invoice within 7 days will also result in your order being cancelled, unless alternative arrangements have been made.  Up to date Contact information is the responsibility of the customer, if your details change please ensure you let us know.    

 

Booking Deposits

 

Booking deposits are non refundable. A deposit is taken when an order is placed.  The order is not secured until the deposit has been received.  

 

Deposits taken are to ensure the completion of the order on the date reserved through the booking process, it is not transferable to any other customer and can not be used to secure an alternative date.  Once an order is complete, the deposit paid is deducted from the final cost as part payment. If the order is not completed/cancelled the deposit will not be refunded.
